Spring Course - 2017

The Rengokai karate 2017 Spring Course was held on Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd April.

The venue was Fort Purbrook  just outside of Portsmouth and this was by far the largest course held, with some 101 individuals attending over the weekend and in excess of 80 attending on each day.

Particularly pleasing was that apart from the Rengokai clubs we had representatives from Bournmouth, Bromley, Devonport, Plymouth, Trowbridge and Weston Super Mare,

The course benefited from having five separate Dojos and with Instructors ranging from 4th to 8th Dan the course students had the opportunity to benefit from a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Sincerest thanks to all of the course Instructors. Sensei's Merv O'Donnell (Rengokai) and Colin Putt (Devonport and SKDUN England), both 8th Dans and Sensei's Nicky Sanders (Locksheath), Kevin Roberts (Weston Super Mare), Glen Frame (Bognor Regis), Keith Lucas (Fort Purbrook), Craig Ford (Crookhorn and Waterlooville), Paul Uren (Plymouth)  and Sue O'Donnell (Portchester).
